Warranty & Returns

    • We honour a 30-day return policy, commencing from the date the goods are delivered to the customer. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received, complete with all original packaging. If these conditions are not fulfilled, we reserve the right to impose a restocking fee of up to 20%.
    • The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. 
    • Please be aware that refunds processed via PayPal will incur a 3% deduction in compliance with PayPal's refund policy.
    • Please note, our return policy does not extend to consumable items, such as Krytox Lubricants, Switches, Stabilisers, and Switch Films. 
    • All return requests must be lodged in writing and receive our approval prior to any goods being returned. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges for items that are not in 'as new' condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
    • In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: 
      • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
      • Is unsafe
      • Is significantly different from the sample or description
      • Doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
